Soldiers rescue two migrants from waters on U.S. border
EL PASO, Texas — Two U.S. Army Soldiers rescued two migrants from canal waters on the U.S. border in El Paso, TX, June 20. The two Soldiers were part of a Mobile Surveillance Team assisting Customs and Border Protection on the Southwest border, saw a migrant family enter the canal.

Mexican Military Service College students visit U.S. Northern Command
PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. — Members of Mexico's military Service College recently visited U.S. Northern Command at Peterson AFB, Colorado and received briefings on USNORTHCOM's missions, to include: homeland defense, security cooperation, and defense support of civil authorities. U.S.-Mexico military engagements such as these are intended to enhance our ability to work together to achieve the defense objectives of both the United States and Mexico. USNORTHCOM is committed to strong and enduring partnerships and routinely participates in security cooperation with Mexico to advance North American defense and security interests.
