USNORTHCOM Supports Health and Human Services
PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. - The Department of Defense, at the request of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), is providing a temporary housing facility at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, for approximately 100 unaccompanied children who were stopped by U.S. Border Patrol and are now being cared for by HHS’ Administration for Children and Families (ACF).
