His Excellency Arturo Sarukhan, ambassador of Mexico to the United States, visits with Gen. Gene Renuart, NORAD and U.S. Northcom commander, and other command leaders during his visit here July 22 and 23. Sarukhan's two-day visit was an opportunity for dialogue regarding many common objectives between the two countries as well as to reiterate that Mexico and USNORTHCOM maintain collaborative relations, based on trust, confidence and respect for each country's sovereignty.
