Fact Sheet: U.S. Army North COVID-19 Vaccination Site Support Since February 2021
SAN ANTONIO, Texas — U.S. Army North, U.S. Northern Command's Joint Force Land Component Command, has overseen the Department of Defense's COVID-19 response operation in support of the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the Department of Health and Human Services since March 2020. This fact sheet reflects assistance to state-run, federally supported community vaccination centers since February 2021.

ARNORTH to adjust military COVID-19 response operation in four states, Navajo Nation
SAN ANTONIO, Texas — At the request of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, approximately 150 military medical personnel from the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army began deploying this week to expand support to California, and approximately 40 U.S. Army Reserve medical personnel deployed to support Arizona as part of a Department of Defense COVID-19 support operation.

Soldiers rescue two migrants from waters on U.S. border
EL PASO, Texas — Two U.S. Army Soldiers rescued two migrants from canal waters on the U.S. border in El Paso, TX, June 20. The two Soldiers were part of a Mobile Surveillance Team assisting Customs and Border Protection on the Southwest border, saw a migrant family enter the canal.
