A Joint Incident Site Communications Capability (JISCC) vehicle is unloaded from an Air Force Reserve Command’s 433rd Airlift Wing C-5M Super Galaxy at Ceiba, Puerto Rico Oct. 1, 2017. The C-5M, flown by Reserve Citizen Airmen from Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, took the JISCC, 11 Soldiers,  supplies and two fuel trucks to Puerto Rico to aid hurricane recovery efforts that have affected the United States and its territories  in the Caribbean. An Air Force Reserve Command C-5M Super Galaxy, which is assigned to the 433rd Airlift Wing, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, cargo area is prepared for takeoff from Colorado Springs, Colorado, Oct. 1, 2017. The cargo weighed 147,000 pounds and included 11 Soldiers from the 247th Composite Supply Company, 68th Sustainment Support Battalion, 4th Sustainment Brigade, 4th Infantry Division, supplies, fuel trucks and a communications vehicle to assist with the Hurricane Maria relief efforts in Puerto Rico.
