Raymundo Pedro Morales Ángeles, (right) Secretary of the Navy of Mexico, for an official visit to the commands’ headquarters, at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado, June 25, 2025. During the multi-day visit, Guillot outlined the mission and priorities of NORAD and USNORTHCOM, including the evolving security environment related to shared regional threats. The Mexican leaders presented their own national defense priorities and perspectives, contributing to a robust exchange of ideas and mutual understanding. The visit further reinforced the U.S. and Mexican military-to-military relationship, which continues to expand in both scope and depth as both nations address shared security threats.
