Terrence O'Shaughnessy, Commander of NORAD and U.S. Northern Command, spoke to nearly 100 Colorado Thirty Group attendees during a Combatant Commander's Conference Jan. 21, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The Colorado Thirty Group consists of notable civic leaders from across the state of Colorado who have interests in national security policy and defense issues.
