The first group of FEMA staff set up the Incident Staging Base in the corner of the air field prepared to welcome over 40 FEMA truck throughout the night and more arriving Aug. 24. FEMA will work hand in hand with the Army Corps of Engineers to ensure Fort Bragg's safety as the hurricane approaches the coastline.
