A Navy port security craft investigates a suspicious boat as part of a training scenario during Citadel Protect 2010(CP10).  CP10 is part of the Navy's regular training designed to asses the Navy's capability to protect waterborne assets against vessel borne and/or Improvised Explosive Device (IED) threats in Navy ports.  CP10 is a coordinated event between U.S. Fleet Forces and Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC).
