Southwest Border Region Visit

PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo.  –  

Gen. Lori Robinson, NORAD and USNORTHCOM Commander, was briefed on and toured the Southwest Border Region during a visit to San Diego, Calif., Aug. 24, 2016.  

The general received briefings from members of the Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection and Joint Task Force North at the CBP Air and Marine Operations in San Diego. 

Robinson also toured the area via helicopter and horseback, and inspected the southwest border between San Diego, Calif. and Tijuana, Mexico.
