The Homeland Security and Defense Education Consortium, or HSDECA was established by the North American Aerospace Defense Command and US Northern Command in collaboration with the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, the University of Denver, and the US Naval Postgraduate School, is a network of teaching and research institutions focused on promoting education, research, and cooperation related to and supporting the homeland security / defense mission.
